For more than 15 years, I've been immersed in the laundry industry. During that time, I've built, purchased, operated, and successfully sold multiple laundromats. Along the way, I learned what it takes to grow a profitable laundry business—from improving operations to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
One of the biggest challenges was increasing wash-and-fold volume while also increasing the price customers were willing to pay. After years of testing different products and methods, I discovered that two things made the greatest difference: the quality of the detergent and the presentation of the finished laundry.
That realization inspired me to create Delux Laundry.
